Drug Interactions With Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Potassium ESWarfarin, allopurinol, and the oral typhoid vaccine are some of the medications that can negatively interact with amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium ES. Drug interactions such as these could decrease the effectiveness of the medications or increase the risk of side effects. To ensure a safe treatment process, tell your healthcare provider about any medications that are currently being taken, including nonprescription medications.
