Who Should Not Take Atrovent Nasal Spray?

You should not take Atrovent nasal spray if you are allergic to Atrovent nasal spray, ipratropium bromide, or any of the inactive components used to make Atrovent nasal spray. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients used to make Atrovent nasal spray. Also, you should not take Atrovent nasal spray if you are allergic to atropine, a similar medication.
