3-Month-Old Baby (13 Weeks)Some 13-week-old infants may be displaying some early signs of teething, such as increased saliva production, hand biting, and increased chewing on things. However, it is probably unlikely that a 13-week-old baby is truly teething at this time. If your baby comes down with a fever and does not tolerate oral medications, there are some alternatives (such as suppositories).
