4-Month-Old Baby (19 Weeks)When your baby is 19 weeks old, she may begin to try sitting up on her own. However, she may still wobble, so it is important to have a pillow behind her to protect her head from hitting the floor or something else that may hurt her. Also, this may be the time when your baby is displaying some early signs of teething, such as excessive drooling, ear rubbing, and a low-grade fever.
