- Ease into your routine and gradually build up the impact level
- Make sure to give yourself ample warm-up and cool-down sessions
- Stay hydrated.
Stop exercising and contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following:
- Increased bleeding
- Shortness of breath
