Scolosis

Were you looking for information about Scoliosis? Scolosis is a common misspelling of scoliosis.

Scoliosis is a musculoskeletal disorder in which a person's spine is curved side to side. There are several different types; idiopathic scoliosis (scoliosis of unknown cause) is the most common of these, accounting for 80 to 85 percent of all cases. Out of every 1,000 children, 3 to 5 will develop spinal curves that are considered large enough to need treatment. Depending on the severity of scoliosis, treatment may involve observation, bracing, or surgery.
